What are the delivery charges?
Blozzom.in provides free delivery on every order value of Rs 449 or more. Rs 35 is charged for delivery of order value of below Rs 449.
Charging a nominal shipping fee helps us offset high logistics costs.
What happens if Blozzom.in cannot deliver with the product I have ordered?
If we are unable to deliver with the product or service that you have ordered due to any unforeseen reasons, we will not process ahead with your order. We will inform you of this via email and, if you have already paid for the product, we will offer you an instant refund in full as soon as possible or within 10 business days.
What is the delivery time and charges ?
Delivery charges and delivery time vary depending on the type of products ordered, order value and the shipping address. While the Average Delivery time mentioned on the website is given as accurately as possible on the basis of carrier service provider’s assurance but cannot be guaranteed to be exact in nature due to circumstances beyond our control.
Blozzom does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
There are instances when we cannot ship to some locations because of general regulations or serviceability issues. Please check for the availability of delivery service for your shipping destination at the time of order completion on the website.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All items sold by us are delivered through our reputed courier partners. You will be provided a Tracking ID for your order by the respective courier service provider. You can logon to respective courier partners and check the movement of your goods by putting in your tracking id.
RETURNS
Return is available for products that are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery.
In these cases, you must note the details of any damage or error in supply, with photographs etc, and must inform us (by phone or email only) within 48 hrs of receipt of the items.
You must return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.
For damaged products, on receipt of the damaged products by the company, a replacement will be sent immediately.
